Secrets of Mahapragya

The Mobile Encyclopaedia = The Second Vivekananda of Modern era

Some people actually live by their name and make their name associate with them so much as if the name also travelled past and came to him again to live their past in present. One such name is Mahapragya and other was no doubt, Tulsi. These two names have just took the world by storm for the reasons of their high level of maturity at very young age, skills to learn and skill to restructure on many ways and to be the change in nothing less than Miracle. The moment someone says “Acharya Mahapragya”, the first thing comes to my mind is the Eyes which are open but is not seeing us but himself. His eyes if we see clear, one can read the calmness, purity of knowledge, a travel guide to the place where he wanted to go and live a beautiful life, seems he is smiling at you saying “even you can do it”, it shows that struggles and the intellect it calls for all living being specially humans, seems it says that though I am here but I am in another world and knowing about them. His ears speaks of how you can use it in best proper way and it just matches with the intensity of his eyes and then forehead just shows the skills he never possessed by birth but developed by his strong mindset and the smile which he covered just give the perfect image of how any Great Saint had and has. The composure, quickness, sharpness, alertness, smartness, ruthless in sharing the truth, creating purpose in life and goal, respect towards all, less talk and work more, let work speak, managerial skills at its best and at the end with no end, his literature made what he is today. We have never seen Acharya Bhikshu but for me seeing Acharya Mahapragya is nothing but same intensity as Ganadhipati Acharya Tulsi and Acharya Bhikshu. If one believes in Acharya Mahapragya and lived it, the moment you see his picture it seems that he is smiling and waving at you. I have my personal moment as whenever I go and see his picture even for a second, it seems that he is saying “stop and understand me and have a life like me”. His literature is of such a high skills and I am sure that after 25 years, humans will say that rare such person comes with such art of writing the book. His one book is the total book of schooling done till 10th standard or if you ask me more than we ever studied. I have read his mostly majority of books in English and no doubt everytime seems new but the way of putting his thoughts was par excellence. This is the reasons that he is being called as “Swami Vivekananda of Modern Era”. No doubt there shall never be comparison as each one possesses separate set of skills but stating of Acharya Mahapragya as being same as Swami Vivekananda is not hype but of a huge prestige value and a perfect deserving person in this era. Acharya Mahapragya said, “The religion which does not bring about a change in man’s life, which does not impart peace to him, deserves to be thrown in the river Ganges rather than carried on as a burden on one’s shoulders. He is an erudite scholar of Jain Agamas , a reputed critic of Indian and western philosophy, a coordinator of science and spiritualism and a sincere disciple of Ganadhipati Acharya Tulsi. His outstanding intelligence is a matter of surprise even for the intelligentsia. He is a treasure house of infinite knowledge. This is why he is popularly known as a ‘mobile encyclopaedia’. The eminent poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar used to designate him as the ‘second Vivekananda of India’. Sambodhi, Ashruvina, Mukulam (in Sanskrit) and Rishabhayana (in Hindi) are some of the literary jewels contributed by him to the world of literature. This noble soul and great thinker was born in 1921 at Tamkor, a medium village in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan (India) . At the tender age of 10 years he became a monk. Under the able guidance of Ganadhipati Acharya Tulsi, he got his education and proved himself as an ardent disciple. A study of History, Philosophy, Logic, Grammar etc. made the foundations of his knowledge strong and secure. He also made an in-depth study of Modern Physics and Bio-Sciences, Ayurved (Indian system of medicine) Politics, Economics, and Sociology with the modern trends of communism, socialism and capitalism affairs. Acharya Mahapragya, when left to a great world had more capabilities than majority of educated persons in any field be it academics, languages, knowledge, reading between the lines and many more. If one has to know how to read between the lines, just read the books of Acharya Mahapragya and one can understand the manner in which mind is to be used to understand the real purpose of Agams and Vedas. There are many incidents which made Acharya Mahapragya a great soul and with just by way of writing only shows the sharp mind and intellect to do so. Acharya Mahapragya’s mantra has been of “healthy person, healthy society, healthy economy”, which is more relevant in today’s situation

What we can learn from Acharya Mahapragya even today even though he is not amongst us?
