No doubt today in Modern ecosystem all have the perspective or meaning to success. It is simple mindset today that growth is success and more money growth is named as more successful.

Well success is a disease on trend and is trending on every mind and thoughts. The reasons I am equalling success to disease is because this success has made humans to no end and there is no stopping which has actually lead to showcasing oneself as god. Just imaging with this money, humans running to be more successful but does not understand the meaning of success.

I am very much sure that majority of we does not know what is success? To know what is success first is they need to understand the in deep meaning of progress and to know progress and then what leads to be a success in business venture.

The point is growth is not progress and progress is not success and trust me that only very few have achieved success and majority are still in growth stage and progress stage and seeing them chances of being successful is very less.

The reasons of stress are on rise and are due to oneself internal dilemma and stress is only because if not being aware of what is success or pores in reality. Growth us money growth, progress is measures in turnover, followers in social media, fans in media, appearing in shark tank, high profit, wearing branded materials only, having high priced coffee, not having simple food but high priced food in costlier restaurants, having drinks, using only i-phone, talking in English (in india perspective) and such other acts which are very common. Trust me all this are incorrect.

GROWTH in my view comes where there is increase in turnover, increase in all materialistic things and increase in business strength. It can also be seen in if compared against increase on profits, increase in overheads compared against profits and turnover, but growth can be defined in a much better way.

PROGRESS is a further more what all plans to take further post growth. The presence of following in addition to growth leads to progress.

Ethics = ethics is the part of your intention and moving forwards in what way. There are many real life examples, which have avoided ethics and have failed badly in their business and even after no ethics they have been doing well but it is not a progress in reality. Ethics is a very strong terms and is very important part of any system for regular growth.

Honesty = has two meaning in today but shall never be in real terms. Off late many branded companies are caught of not being honest to what goods they are selling and are spreading lies by way of marketing strategy. Recently bournvita was caught doing dishonestly in their product and later they changed post getting media attention and same with brown bread and there are many who are dishonest including Kissan Jam and there is no end to the list of dishonesty.

Indians never had vegetable oil but Ghee and in an around 1968 or else, foreign companies made the claim that vegetable oil is far more superior than Ghee and also less valued and this covered the whole market within 30 years and Ghee became secondary eating food. Ghee is the most precious Indians have been eating but due to bad intention of companies and due to failure of Indian Government vegetable oil replaced Ghee and thereby came heart attack and other disease. For your information in America Starbucks are putting Ghee as immunity shots in their coffee. This is what unethical and dishonesty means.

Norms = following norms means automatic compliance of ethics and being honest. Norms are not being following and infact corruption is the biggest issue and the reason why corruption is on rise all time because people and other have forgot the meaning of success in reality but is running for money which is being seen as god and no doubt the only outcome of theory of modern economy.

It is certainty that 95% of the goods in food are unhealthy, 98% drinks are loaded with sugar of highest level and hence India is a capital of diabetes. Recently the product by named as “Smoodh” with heavy loaded sugar stating of being nice to health only shows how norms ethical are not there to be followed.

Having above three in your organisation or personal life is progress a step further to growth and a ladder to achieve success which is achieved is happiness indirectly Trust yourself that moment you achieve progress, you will be happy to move towards success as those who reach progress, they deserve success but the path is not easy but once reached, this is what the success nation is all about, a success organisation is all about.

Progress if following by following acts will lead to success:

• Humanity

• Morality

• Spirituality

The above three are not new if one follows the concept of “Mahavira Economy”. The economics of Mahavira is very much a “recipe for success”. One who understands the economics of Mahavira, he/she/others will automatically realise as to why above 3 is a condition precedent for success.

These three words are more impactful and need of an hour but sadly and truly modern economics have put this in negative track and against Modern Economy theory. Mahavira have advised long before why this three are major requirements for having a successful organisation and in personal life too.

The day you discover yourself is success or we can say the day you achieve success, is the day you have discovered yourself and then only great things happens’.

Some say that success stops growth, well if we go by modern economy may be but it can never stop growth. Knowledge is anadi-ananth and hence success is not “reached and stop” but always “recurring” and hence it never stops infact progress stops growth as you are stuck in your mind dilemma and confusion.

There is a very common yardstick that Success separates us from others. Well this is not totally untrue in this era where money and status plays the role but if you follow the right path and rightful mode then you being separate from others is very good and there is no way you can be separated as you then have the feel of amongst others. This theory of being separated is a pure case of modern economy. The day when you believe that “Success is never complete, and that’s why it’s so unsatisfying” it means you never understood what is success and the day you realise that “success once reached if followed what Mahavira wanted, then you have reached real success which is nothing but happiness”.

At end, the day when we realise that making Ram Mandir is a small project and making nation or world as Mandir of Ram is our big project, that day will bring the change in our life and mind. Think Big for all and not for personal is the way to move forward for betterment of society in large.
